ACR Production - Booking Policy

Limited Monthly Production Calendar

ACR Production operates on a limited production calendar to maintain creative quality, focused execution, and sustainable workout.

Dates are secured on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Early booking is strongly recommended.

Securing Your Production Date

To reserve a production date, following are required:

• Signed Service Agreement

• $100 non-refundable deposit

Dates are not held without both items received.

Due to limited monthly availability, deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Payment Structure

Project-Based Services

(Commercial, Social Media, Event Packages)

• $100 non-refundable deposit to secure date

• Remaining balance due prior to final delivery

Final videos will not be delivered until payment is received in full.

Production Support (Hourly / Day Rate)

• $100 deposit required for full-day bookings

• Remaining balance due at conclusion of production day

Overtime is billed at the agreed hourly rate.

Rescheduling Policy

Due to ACR's limited monthly production calendar, rescheduling is subject to availability.

• One reschedule is permitted with at least 7 day's notice.

• Rescheduled bookings will move to the next available production date within the ACR calendar.

• Requests made with less than 7 days' notice may require a new $100 deposit.

• ACR does not hold alternate dates without a deposit.

Because production dates are intentionally limited to maintain quality and workflow balance, availability may extend into the following month.

Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations result in forfeiture of deposit.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

Revisions

Unless otherwise stated, packages include one revision round.

Additional revisions are billed separately.

Delivery Timeline

• Commercial & Social Projects: 7-14 business days

• Event Highlight Films: 3-6 weeks

Delivery timeline begins once final payment is received.

Travel

Projects outside Reno/Sparks may incur additional travel fees.

Travel estimates are provided prior to booking confirmation.

Video Production Service Agreement

Anthony Cabrera Reno ("Producer")

This Video Production Service Agreement outlines the standard terms governing services provided by Anthony Cabrera Reno.

Submission of a deposit constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.

1. Scope of Work

Producer agrees to provide video production services as outlined in the selected service package, proposal, or invoice.

Services may include filming, lighting setup, audio capture, and post-production editing as specified.

Any services requested beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees and written approval.

2. Payment Terms

A non-refundable $100 booking deposit is required to secure any production date.

The remaining project balance is due prior to final video delivery unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

No footage, edited content, or final deliverables will be released until full payment is received.

The booking deposit will be applied toward the total project balance.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Booking deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled production date may require additional fees due to scheduling impact and pre-production preparation.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new deposit depending on notice provided.

4. Creative Control

Producer retains full creative discretion regarding filming style, lighting setup, editing style, shot selection, pacing, and final artistic presentation.

Additional revisions may be billed separately.

5. Delivery Timeline

Final delivery timelines vary by service type.

Delivery timelines begin once production is complete and full payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

Producer is not responsible for circumstances beyond reasonable control including but not limited to venue restrictions, weather conditions, acts of nature, or unforeseen technical issues.

In the rare event of total equipment failure resulting in complete loss of footage, liability is limited to refund of payments received.

7. Usage Rights

Clients are granted usage rights consistent with the project type (personal or commercial).

Producer retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to production.

8. Agreement

Submission of the $100 booking deposit and/or signed proposal constitutes acceptance of these terms.
