Production Agreements

Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Production dates are not secured until the required deposit is received and any required production agreement is signed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Requests to cancel or reschedule must be submitted in writing. Deposit refunds, cancellation charges, rescheduling conditions, and responsibility for costs already incurred will be outlined in the applicable production agreement. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

Changes to Project Scope

Requests for additional services, revisions, or deliverables beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees and changes to the production schedule. Any changes to scope, fees, or delivery dates must be agreed upon in writing before the additional work begins.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely information, materials, feedback, and approvals needed to complete their projects. Clients must have the necessary rights and permissions for materials they supply. Responsibility for securing locations, permits, and participant releases will be specified in the production agreement. Client delays may affect delivery dates.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Events beyond either party’s reasonable control may affect production or delivery schedules. If such an event occurs, we will communicate with the client and work toward a revised schedule. Any resulting cancellation, refund, or additional-cost obligations will be governed by the production agreement and applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and will apply prospectively. Website updates do not amend an existing signed production agreement.
